I work from a Health At Every Size approach, feeling each person has an individual set weight point that works best for their body. I help you learn how to trust your body and work with your body instead of against it. Once you begin working with your body, you will find that your weight will shift naturally, to the best weight for you (and your body).
I help guide and support you with learning and practicing how to eat well, nourish your body, and feel better overall.
Eventually, we will begin to work towards intuitive eating (eating when you are hungry, stopping when you are full). This will help you remain successful with navigating the best eating path for whatever life might throw at you!
