Negative body image affects both women and men. Our culture is not always the most supportive culture for fostering a loving relationship with your body. Having a negative relationship with your body can lead to detrimental decisions that can negatively affect your overall health and well being - physically, emotionally, mentally and socially.  

When you learn respect and love for your body, no matter what it may look like on the outside, this leads to a respectful bond you make with yourself. You will then make decisions that will impact your health and well being in a positive way - physically, emotionally, mentally and socially. 

To truly be able to reach your health and wellness goals, you need to be able to respect your amazing body and love all food.
