(She/Her)

Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, Licensed Nutritionist, Certified Lifestyle Coach

I believe in the healing power of food and am on a quest to help all people repair the relationship they have with food and with their bodies.

Having a healthy and positive relationship with your body and with food is possible FOR EVERYONE. I am here to help you on your journey to live the life you want without the fear of food or the discomfort of your body holding you back!

My home base is in Montana, but I am able to see individuals around the US, depending on their telenutrition laws. I work with all age groups. Just call for more information!

Professional Background

I graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition Science. I completed my training through the Montana Dietetic Internship with a self-select focus working with individuals struggling with eating disorders at Roger’s Memorial Hospital in Wisconsin.

Once a Registered Dietitian, I worked as a clinical dietitian at a inpatient/residential eating disorder treatment facility in Denver, CO. This provided me a world of experience and knowledge development to better serve individuals struggling with eating disorders. Even though I loved my job and my passion for working with the eating disorder population grew, my love of Montana never faded and I was called back to the big sky state.

I now live in Red Lodge, Montana, tucked away in the mountains. I provide virtual nutrition counseling, along with in person visits across Montana and surrounding states. I focus primarily on working with individuals struggling with eating disorders and an unhealthy relationship with food and body.
